Since our drawing challenges and creative marathon programs are delivered digitally, please note the following:

• Once you have accessed or downloaded program materials, we cannot offer a full refund
• If you encounter technical issues preventing access to your program, please contact our support team for assistance
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before substantial program content has been accessed

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the program and cannot be resolved by our support team
• Duplicate purchases made by mistake
• Program cancellation by lineailuxuryau before program start date

Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Programs that have been substantially accessed or completed
• Programs purchased more than 14 days ago
• Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with program difficulty or content after completion

Program Cancellation by Us

If lineailuxuryau cancels a program you have registered for, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available program.
