Since our drawing challenges and creative marathon programs are delivered digitally, please note the
following:
- Once you have accessed or downloaded program materials, we cannot offer a full refund
- If you encounter technical issues preventing access to your program, please contact our support team
for assistance
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before substantial program content
has been accessed
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the program and cannot be resolved by our support
team
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake
- Program cancellation by lineailuxuryau before program start date
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Programs that have been substantially accessed or completed
- Programs purchased more than 14 days ago
- Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with program difficulty or content after completion
Program Cancellation by Us
If lineailuxuryau cancels a program you have registered for, you will receive a full refund or
the option to transfer your registration to another available program.
